Generator Sets
MaK generator sets are reliable, stable and maintenance friendly, and they have been approved by the main marine classification societies. The generator sets built by MaK use AEM (electric) motors. Of course, other makes can also be used at the customer's request. Each generator set has a compact structure, so that it can be fitted easily in the engine room.

The MaK generator sets are available in 50 or 60 Hertz configurations. Each set meets the requirements of the most important marine classification societies (such as DNV and Lloyd's).
